What type of services do you offer?
AG Services offers tax services ( including individual tax preparation, business tax preparation and IRS and State representation), Bookkeeping service, Accounting, Graphic Design, Printing Service, Secretarial services, Website services, Notary public and more.
Do you offer any warranty on the services you provide?
We work hard to provide quality and reliable service to our clients and reduce the risk of mistakes to the minimum possible. If you are not satisfied with our service or there is any reason to correct our work, we will do all corrections free of charge. Once you paid for the service we will back our work and make any necessary correction (as long as we are responsible for the changes) at no extra cost for tax services, website services, bookkeeping, accounting and secretarial services.
Printing services have to be reviewed carefully by the buyer we will provide a free online proof (revision), to allow the client to inspect and approve the web design or printed item. Once the item is approved the customer is responsible for any mistakes. Once reviewed the printed items are sold as approved.

AG Services provides flexible services that will allow you save hundreds (even thousands) on bookkeeping services.
Depending on your needs, the time you have available and staff, we can provide you with different options that will help you save money and keep your business on track.

How much do you charge to notarize a document?
We charge $5.00 per seal impression. If your document just requires one seal it will cost you $5.00 dollars, if it requires 2 seals your total will be $10.00
Note: We only offer notary public service in North Carolina, USA.

Do you have a wholesale division?
Yes, we wholesale to other businesses and resellers.
Our products are often sold on Ebay, Amazon and reseller’s websites ( upon approval).
What type of products do you offer?
We provide home and office décor, home goods, toys, kitchenware, professional cookware and more. We add new products often, therefore if you want to get information about what products are available, please sign up for our Products Newsletter.

Will I receive all the items purchased together?
We distribute several lines of products and depending on the products your ordered and product availability we may ship all your items together if they are available in one warehouse, otherwise we my ship any missing item from a different warehouse.
Why did I received several items on different dates?
We distribute produce from different warehouses. Depending on the items that you ordered and product availability they may have been shipped from different warehouses. We try to send all products together whenever possible, but in some cases we are forced to ship from different locations.

NOTARY PUBLIC
How much do you charge to notarize a document?

What services do I receive for my website monthly fee?
If you look at our Website design page you will notice that we offer two types of website solutions: Manage or Bundle websites.
Once your website is setup or active (live) you will be charge a monthly fee. Depending on the type of solution you choose the monthly hosting fee will include:
– Managed Websites – When we manage and maintain your website, the monthly fee includes your hosting fee, courtesy data backup, 30 minutes to 7 hours of website maintenance and support via email, e-mail and remote access (depending on your package), monitoring, and problem report.
– Bundle Websites– When you get a bundle website we create the website and set it up for you, afterwards we give you all the passwords and links for you to manage the site yourself. Your monthly fee includes your hosting fee, monthly courtesy data backup, basic support via e-mail.
