As the whole world is being affected by the Covid-19 virus, AG Services remains committed to helping you file your tax returns, finish your business projects and documents in a safe and convenient way for you.
Until further notice, we will will be working in the following manner:
REMOTE ASSISTANCE:
We will be working remotely as we do with our out-of-state clients. You can send us your documents via fax, via our secured document sharing program, mail and you can use e-mail for documents without sensitive information. We encourage you to work with us without leaving your home, but if you have a lot of documents or receipts we can schedule a time to drop off your paper documents.
IN-PERSON OFFICE ASSISTANCE:
Our office is open to receive and deliver documents on Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointments only. We can also help you with short appointments as long as we follow these safety measures:
- – The services provided by appointment only
- – Staff and clients should wear mask and gloves when they arrive at the office
- – Our staff and clients should keep social distancing of 6 feet or more at all times
- – If you need to sign any document, you will be provided with a disinfecting product and/ or water and soap to wash your hands afterward.
Your safety is important to us, therefore we are taking every precaution to reduce the spread of infection so you can feel comfortable getting the services you need.
